When ordering a hobbyhorse or a different item, there are a few things to always keep in mind.

A hobbyhorse or other equipement is always hand made. Due to that there may always be some differences towards items that were made previously. Every hobbyhorse and other items are unique and there will never be made exact copies. 

There is no need for immediate payment when ordering. The payment is made after the product is finished. You have 48 hours to pay after the order is completed and the money has to arrive at my bank account within a week (with exception of weekends).
If the payment isn't done within this time frame, the hobbyhorse will be listed up for sale and you will not be able to order again.

Are you not happy with the product you bought?
Please contact me and we will figure out a solution. Sending back the product is possible at the buyer's expense. Keep in mind that when you send back the product you only get 75% of your money refunded. The other 25% will get charged for the efford and change in administration.   

We are not responsible for any damage after shipment. All products get delivered with good quality. You should always handle the hobbyhorse and other equipement with love.
This means that the hobbyhorses shouldn't get wet and should be cleaned from dust regularly.
The equipement made with faux leather doesn't need any additional care except it should be handles with caution.
Everything is made to work without any force.   

When using the hobbyhorse a lot, the horse can age over time. Shadings can fade and the fillings can get a little weaker.
